• Most EPO plans
• Wellcare by Allwell
• Tricare Prime, Reserve, or Select plans
• Kansas Medicaid
• Missouri Medicaid
• HealthyBlue
• Home State Health
• Wellcare of Kansas or Missouri
• Ambetter Sunflower Health
• Ambetter Home State Health

Dr. Davis does not participate with Health Share Benefit plans such as One Share, Medi-Share, Aliera, etc.
